These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Curtis D. Sipps Content Manager (the "Tool"), a private content management and scheduling application operated by Curtis D. Sipps ("we," "us," or "the Artist").
The Tool is a private, internal application used solely by the Artist and his authorized team to organize, review, approve, and publish the Artist's own original content (music, video, photography, and written posts) to the Artist's own official social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The Tool is not offered to, or usable by, the general public. No public registration, account creation, or third-party use is available.
Access to the Tool is limited to the Artist and individuals expressly authorized by the Artist. Any unauthorized access or use is prohibited.
All content managed or published through the Tool is original content owned by or licensed to the Artist. Every post is reviewed and approved by a human member of the Artist's team before publication. The Tool does not publish content to any account not owned by the Artist, does not engage in automated mass posting, and does not interact with third-party accounts on their behalf.
The Tool connects to social media platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube) through their official developer APIs, subject to each platform's own terms of service and developer policies. Use of those platforms remains governed by their respective terms. We comply with the developer terms and community guidelines of each connected platform.
All music, recordings, artwork, photographs, video, brand names (including "Curtis D. Sipps" and "River Raised. Southern Made."), and written material handled by the Tool are the property of the Artist or his licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
The Tool is provided "as is" for the Artist's internal use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Tool.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this page with its effective date.
