This Privacy Policy describes how the Curtis D. Sipps Content Manager (the "Tool"), operated by Curtis D. Sipps ("we," "us"), handles information. The Tool is a private, internal content management application used only by the Artist and his authorized team. It is not available to the general public and does not collect information from the general public.
The Tool handles only the following categories of information:
Platform account credentials and tokens. Authorized access tokens for the Artist's own official social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube), obtained through each platform's official authorization process. These are used solely to publish the Artist's approved content to the Artist's own accounts and to retrieve engagement data (such as comments on the Artist's own posts) for the Artist's review.
The Artist's own content. Music, video, artwork, captions, and related material created by or for the Artist.
Public engagement data on the Artist's own posts. Comments and reactions left publicly by users on the Artist's official accounts may be retrieved so the Artist can read and respond to them. This data is used only for that purpose, is not combined with other sources, is not used for advertising or profiling, and is not sold or shared with any third party.
The Tool does not offer public accounts and does not collect personal information from members of the public. It does not use cookies or tracking technologies on end users, does not collect contact lists, does not access private messages beyond what a platform's official API provides for the Artist's own account, and does not build profiles of any individual.
Access tokens and credentials are stored in secured server environment configuration accessible only to the Tool's own services, with restricted permissions. They are never published, logged, shared, or embedded in code repositories. Content and scheduling data are stored in access-controlled workspace tools available only to the Artist's team.
We do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties. Information is transmitted only to the official APIs of the social media platforms the Artist has connected, solely to publish his approved content and manage his own accounts, in accordance with each platform's developer terms.
Platform tokens are retained only while the corresponding account connection is active and are revoked and deleted when a connection is removed. Retrieved engagement data is retained only as long as needed for the Artist to review and respond, after which it may be deleted. To request deletion of any data or to revoke a platform connection, contact us at the address below; platform users may also revoke the Tool's access at any time through their platform's own security settings.
The Tool is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. It has no public-facing interface through which such collection could occur.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this page with its effective date.
